Due to its worldwide usage, the necessity of teaching English language is undeniable even in Islamic and religious countries like Iran. However, order avoid ‘cultural invasion’, Iranian government decided ban official curriculum primary schools asked a team experts chosen by Organization for Educational Research Planning design localized textbooks students K12.
